Services for a single user under the age of 18 – full-day health and care services

Prior information notice of procurement in accordance with the Public Procurement Act part IV Procurements of health and social services. The contract will be signed without any other competition notice.
Moss municipality intends to enter into a contract for the purchase of full-day health and care services for a single user under the age of 18 years with complex functional difficulties/disabilities without substance abuse and with an extensive need for health and care services. The measure needs to begin in October 2022.
For the sake of the user, the measure must be located as close to Moss municipality as possible, and a maximum within a radius of 30 minutes by car, calculated from the exit off of E6 at Mosseporten centre.
The competition begins with a qualification phase. The contracting authority would like to invite up to five tenderers to submit tender offers.
