Ullensvang municipality invites tenderers to apply for a concession for the delivery of assistance hours in the user-controlled personal assistance scheme, to users in the municipality. User-controlled personal assistance is regulated by the Health and Care Services Act § 3-8 cf. § 3-2 first paragraph no. 6 b, and the corresponding rights in the Patient and User Rights Act, § 2-1 d and 3-1. The concession award will mean that new contracts will be entered into with suppliers of BPA in Ullensvang municipality. As of today, approx. 7300 annual hours of user-controlled personal assistance is delivered from private suppliers distributed for BPA schemes in Ullensvang municipality. The contracting authority would like to draw attention to the fact that this is an estimate and is subject to change. Note also that changes to the budget, activities and political management can affect the premises and prerequisites for the scope of the assignment. The description of the delivery for the contracting authority is in line with the attached Requirements specifications.
