The contracting authority would like tenders for the service and maintenance of nitrogen generators, medical pressurised air, and vacuum installations with accompanying equipment. The scope of the contract is for fixed service intervals, hourly-based repair work, and material. The estimated volume of the framework agreement is NOK 500,000 a year. Total NOK 2,000,000 kr for four years. The maximum value of the framework agreement all the options are taken up is NOK 2.4 million. There will be a distribution between fixed annual service intervals and repair work. This distribution will vary from year to year.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The framework agreement can be extended for 1+1 year. The maximum length of the framework agreement is 4 years, if the options are taken up.

Tenderers are required to have fulfilled their tax and VAT payment obligations.

Certificate for tax and VAT. Issued by the Norwegian Tax Authority.

The certificate shall be issued on the Tax Directorate's form RF-1316 or another form that provides the same information.

The certificates must not show significant arrears. The certificate must not be more than 6 months old at the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Documented by a credit rating not older than 6 months, based on the last known fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating institution.

We reserve the right to obtain a credit rating on our own initiative from a reputable rating company.

Newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to submit a credit rating as documentation that the qualification requirement is satisfied.

In such cases, this can be compensated by providing alternative documentation together with the tender.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers must have a credit score of at least A or better, measured on AAA Soliditet´s scale - or equivalent score from another reputable credit rating company.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must attach a list of the 3 most relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, including a statement of values, dates and recipients, etc., cf. Annex 5 - Reply form, references. Certificates issued or verified by the contracting authority can be attached.

It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience be referring to the competence of the personnel that can be used for this assignment, even if the experience has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.

Tenderers must attach valid documentation that the requirement for sufficient competence is fulfilled.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient competence to carry out the assignment, and sufficient experience from work on equivalent assignments.

Equivalent assignments are seen as the delivery of service and maintenance of oil-free pressurised air compressors, filter systems for medical pressurised air, aggregators, and generators of a comparable scope.

Sufficient competence means that tenderers must be qualified to carry out service and inspections of pressurised air installations for medical gases.
