The contracting authority shall develop the new Røyneberg nursery Technical infrastructure and pedestrian and cycle paths that currently are located on the building plot shall therefore be altered. The area for the development of the nursery is approx. 12,000 m2 of which a nursery building shall be established with a Gross Area of approx. 1,720 m2 including outdoor facilities. Rogaland County shall, in connection with the development of the new Røyneberg nursery alter the pedestrian and cycle path between the nursery area and Nesbuveien. In the border between these, the assembly of a new retaining wall is included to address the height difference between the pedestrian and cycle path and the nursery's outdoor area. The project is a collaboration project between the contracting authority and Rogaland County, where the Sola municipality is the contracting authority. The relevant development includes an area of approx. 7,500 m2 (see also the tender description)
