Justification for cancellation
The contracting authority has decided to cancel the contest in accordance with the public procurement regulations § 25-4 (1). The reason for cancellation is that all tender offers exceed the builder's budget, and this has resulted in the project not receiving the necessary political approval.

The project will be reevaluated and any changes to the budget or the size of the project will be the subject of internal discussions.
We apologise for cancelling the contest and are currently unable to give any concrete statement regarding its status in the future.
