2) Group B Transport Voyage Charter
Each group will be evaluated separately. The contracting authority will award each group to a maximum of five (5) tenderers for each part. The contracting authority reserves the right to award each group to one, two, three or four tenderers if the desired number of tenders is not received. For Group A Liner Shipping Norway the contracting authority evaluates offered prices in the price matrix tabs numbered one to six. Any offers on routes to or from foreign ports is voluntary and will not be part of the evaluation. Group B Voyage Charter will be awarded to the tenderers who offer the lowest maximum daily price. Call-offs for Voyage Charter will be subject to mini competitions.
