Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.

Economic and financial capacity means that the tenderer fulfils the following requirements:

A credit rating equal to A or better, measured against the AAA Soliditet’s scale, or an equivalent score from another reputable rating company.

The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer's compliance with the qualification requirements in the following manner:

Credit ratings.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a rating report from www.solidtet.no (delivered by Bisnode Credit AS/Dun & Bradstreet) to verify that a tenderer has sufficient economic and financial ability to comply with the contract obligations.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers are required to have

sufficient experience from equivalent

assignments. For equivalent assignments,

the delivery of the service

which the contest concerns to larger

hospitals or large public/private companies is counted.

Tenderers must have the

qualifications that correspond to that

which is required for central approval

in measure class 2 in the functional area:

"executing" within the discipline

"Roofing work".

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

-Tenderers must attach a list of the most important relevant deliveries and services performed in the last 3 years, including information on the value, date, and recipients. Certificates issued or verified by the contracting authority can be attached. Use annex 4 - the Reply form, references.

- If a tenderer consists of several suppliers or a main supplier/sub suppliers, the supplier responsible/main supplier can be supported by the experience of the other supplier/sub suppliers. In such cases, all the requested documentation for the other service providers/sub suppliers must be enclosed as well as a written contract that documents that the service provider/main service provider in charge has access to (jurisdiction over) the capacity at the other service providers/sub suppliers.

The documentation must be given in one of the following ways: -Documentation of central approval in development class 2 for the discipline in question. - Alternative documentation demonstrating that companies have the necessary and relevant professional qualifications to implement measures such as ‘executing’, equivalent to enterprise classification 2 in the discipline ‘Roofing Work’.
