The parties can, if they agree, extend the contract so that it also applies for a further 24 months, c.f. chapter C3, point 21.

Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must be a legally established company or a group of
tenderers that must be a legally established company.
The requirement also applies to any sub-contractors, cf. point 4.
Documentation requirement:
1. A certificate issued by the Business Register or an equivalent certificate for statutory registration in
country where the tenderer or group of tenderers that together make up
the tenderer, c.f. point 4.2 is established. This also applies to all sub-contractors, cf.
point 4.1.
2. Completed table in chapter E2 point 3.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification Requirement:
1. Tenderers must have adequate economic and financial capacity to
fulfil the contract.
2. Tenderers must have an equity ratio of at least 10 %.
3. Average annual turnover for the last three years must as a minimum be be equal to
the annual turnover of the contract.
Documentation requirement:
1. The tenderer’s Annual Financial Statements, Annual Report and auditor’s report for the last three years and
newer information (quarterly accounts) of significance to the tenderer’s
fiscal figures. The form in chapter E2, point 4 must be completed.
2. A short account of information on the financial standing or losses
that is not documented other places, and which must be documented in accordance with
Norwegian and/or international accounting standards. This also covers possible
statements to meet the requirements of the Companies Act ch. II, sections 3-4 and 3-5.
3. An overview of any newly implemented, ongoing or impending
tax or public reviews of the tenderer’s company.
4. An overview of any significant incidents that have occurred after
the submission of the last revised annual accounts.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and complexity for
equivalent works.
NPRA and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised.
Tenderers are required to show references to relevant contracts that they themselves have
carried out in a satisfactory manner.
Tenderers must be certified or in the process of certification in accordance with NS ISO 45001:2018
Management systems for environmental management - Requirements and guidance for use.
Qualification requirements
Tenderers must be certified or in the process of certification in accordance with NS ISO
14001:2015 Environmental management systems - Specifications and guidance. The certified
system must be relevant for equivalent transport projects.
9001:2015 Quality management systems - Requirements. The certified system must be
relevant to comparable transport projects.
45001:2015 Work environment management systems - Requirements and guidance for use. The
certified system must be relevant for equivalent transport projects.
