Kort beskrivelse:

A contract will be signed with one tenderer.

The estimated contract value for the entire framework agreement, including all options, over a 4 year period is NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. Call-offs under the framework agreement can be for maximum NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT.

The framework agreement will include an option where two of the contracting authority's subsidiary companies; National Knowledge Centre on Violence and Traumatic Stress (NKVTS), business registration no. 986 304 096, and the National Development Centre for Children and Youths (NUBU), business registration no. 985 638 187, have a right, but not a duty, to join the contract as parallel contracting authorities. If NKVTS and NUBU take up the option to join the framework agreement, they will have full rights and terms.

The option has an estimated value of NOK 400,000 excluding FAT, which is included in the total estimated value of the entire framework agreement with all options as mentioned above. Maximum call-offs: NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT.

The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further 1+1 year, to a total of up to 4 years.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally registered company. The certificate must not be older than six (6) months from the tender deadline.

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.

Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Norwegian tenderers must have their affairs in order regarding the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).

Tax certificate

The certificate must not be older than six (6) months from the tender deadline.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, date and recipient (the organisation's name, contact person, telephone and email). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel that can be used for this assignment, even if the experience was acquired whilst the personnel was in the service of another employer.

Tenderers must have a quality assurance system relevant to the content of this contract.

A description of the tenderer´s quality assurance methods.

Alternative: Certificate for the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies which certify that the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2015.
