The purpose of the procurement is to supply Vygruppen AS's trains with clean bed linen (duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases) and towels. The following section applies:
• Oslo - Bergen - Oslo (Bergensbanen)
o 6 pcs. sleeping cars
o 8 pcs. station wagons
Runs all nights except Sunday night.

Please note that among other absolute requirements specified in Appendix A, linen must satisfy fire technical requirements according to EN 45545-2 R20 and have flame retardant properties.

The purpose of this purchase is to supply Vy's night trains with clean bed linen (duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases) and towels.

Vy wants to enter into a delivery agreement with a supplier. The delivery agreement is a mixed contract of service and goods delivery.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The customer has the option to extend the contract for 2 periods of 1 year.

The delivery agreement includes an option for periodic cleaning or washing of synthetic duvets and pillows, mattress covers and protectors, curtains, etc.

The Supplier must have paid all taxes and fees the Supplier is obliged to pay in accordance with the applicable law. For Norwegian suppliers, the documentation must be:

1) Tax certificate for Norwegian suppliers.

2) Tax certificate for VAT.

The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the deadline for submitting the application. Any arrears or fraud must be justified.

If the applicant plans to use subcontractors, a tax certificate must also be submitted for these.

For foreign suppliers, the requirement for documentation for paid taxes and fees shall be equivalent to the requirements for such documentation in the company's home country's regulations.

The tenderer must have good solvency and otherwise satisfactory financial capacity to carry out the contract.

• Credit rating from an independent credit rating company

Documentation shall be linked to organizational number of possible contracting party for the offer as well as to any other resources that will have a significant contribution in a possible delivery.

The supplier must have a good quality assurance and management system: Certification according to ISO 9000 or equivalent, possibly a statement of the company's quality assurance and management system.

The supplier must have good experience from similar deliveries; Overview of the supplier's 3 most relevant deliveries during the last 3 years.

The overview must include the following:

• The value and scope of supply/delivery (type of products and services)

• Time / frequency

• Brief description of the delivery

The supplier must have a good logistics solution: Description of the logistics of bed linen and towels

The supplier shall have the experience with comparable deliveries and shall during the last 3 years completed at least 3 three comparable deliveries. Comparable deliveries mean deliveries with a corresponding scope, content and complexity that are covered in this request. The supplier is asked to describe the reference list of the most important deliveries or services performed in the last 3 three years, including information about value, time, customer and contact person with contact information.

Selection criteria 2: The supplier must have good competence, capacity and availability, logistics solution within the requested areas. The supplier is asked to describe:

- Competence and capacity for the requested areas

- Competence development and certification of own consultants

Relevant methodology and tools within requested services
