The contracting authority needs assistance in adapting, configuring and managing the BMC portfolio (Often referred to as 'Remedy'). The Norwegian Police Shared Services (Norwegian: PIT) also needs assistance for further development of EIRA and assistance for the Discovery module.
The current tool support (often referred to as "Remedy") consists of three main products:
1. BMC Smart IT (Package with several modules) (The tool has been named 'Eira' in PIT)
2. BMC Discovery (ADDM)
3. BMC' Digital workplace advanced' (DWA) (The tool has been named 'Eira' in PIT)
