The intention of the procurement is to get Sykehuspartner HF a tenant consultant who will assist Sykehuspartner HF with the entire process from facilitating the search for new office premises until a new rental contract has been signed.
Furthermore, there is an option that the consultant will assist Sykehuspartner HF until the hand over of the new premises.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The economic and financial standing must be documented by the following information:
A presentation of the company´s auditor approved annual accounts, with notes and the auditor´s comments for recent years.
Newly established companies must submit accounts and auditor's reports for the period the company has been in operation.
During the evaluation, the contracting authority will, amongst other things, place emphasis on tenderers who have profitable operations and positive equity.
If a tenderer is in doubt as to whether the documentation of financial capacity will be seen as sufficient, alternative documentation can be accepted that verifies a financial ability to fulfil the contract.
Sykehusinnkjøp will obtain a credit/solidity appraisal from a recognised credit rating agency.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have sufficient ability and capacity to carry out such a project as described in this tender documentation and annexes, including a good implementation ability, good professional qualifications, market competence for selected search areas, and broad experience from assignments of an equivalent nature and complexity.

Furthermore, tenderers must have access to an analysis tool, for example, room, function, and area need, the property market, and workplace development, etc.

An overview must be given of minimum 2, maximum 5 different reference projects with a comparable value in the last 5 years, with information on:
The contracting authority, including contact information at the contracting authority (name, position, email address and telephone number)
Location of the rent

The project's size in metres squared, and the entity's size and nature (in the form of the number of employees with an office place at the location).
The company's assignments/roles in the project
An account of how the assignment was carried out
References will be contacted if needed to clarify relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer´s responsibility to provide a description substantiating relevance.
CVs of individual persons are not requested under this criteria.
Companies that have not existed for 5 years can submit a total overview of the employees's experience from previous employment as documentation of experience and competence,
Tenderers must submit a short description of which tools they will use to support the contracting authority's needs (maximum 500 words).
