Qualification: New parking system, Akershus University Hospital Trust

The aim of the procurement is to upgrade the current system for parking at Akershus University Hospital Trust (Ahus), which is operated at Nordbyhagen (Lørenskog). Ahus Kongsvinger has parking that is operated by an external actor, which will now be transferred to Ahus. It must be a system that is used at both places. The parking will be for employees and visitors.
There are currently approx. 2500 parking places at Nordbyhagen, both owned and rented areas.
There are currently approx. 450 parking places at Kongsvinger.
The delivery form will be clarified during the dialogue phase as regards a supplies procurement vs a services procurement.

The contract length and procurement value are uncertain at the time of this notice, and will be clarified in the dialogue phase.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
REQUIREMENT: Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation: Norwegian companies: Certificate of Business Registration
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
REQUIREMENT: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations.
Documentation: Latest submitted Annual Financial Statements with notes including auditor's report.
A declaration of any important events in the company that have taken place after the last submitted annual accounts.
If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc.

During the evaluation, the Contracting Authority will place emphasis on tenderers who have profitable operations, positive cash flow in the last few years and positive equity.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
An annual minimum turnover of NOK 20,000,000 within the area the contract is for.
Equity capital ratio minimum 10%.
Comment: If the total equity capital is less than NOK 100,000, the solidity will regardless considered to be weak. The equity capital ratio shows how large a share of the possessions are financed with the equity capital.
