Must be a legally established company.

Must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual regulations.

Must have experience from similar contracts.

Agreement area 1: Must have experience in carrying out health examinations and carrying out health certification for smoke and chemical divers, rescue divers, sailors and drivers (driving license code 160).

Must have sufficient capacity to execute the contract.

Must have a quality assurance system relevant to the content of the contract.

Must have a relevant control system for handling personal and health information.

Must have initiated environmental measures that ensure that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contract’s environmental provisions.

Must have methods for working actively and systematically on reducing negative environmental impact from the activities related to the execution of this contract.
