Qualification Requirement:

Company registration certificate

Tenderers must be a legally established company and registered in a trade register or other company register,for e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Documentation requirement:

Company registration certificate; confirmation of registration in a company register. Foreign companies: Certificate of registration in a trade register or other company register as described in the law in the country where the tenderer and/or his sub contractor is established.

Tenderers must have a license in accordance with the Act on Insurance, Chapter 2, for those product (s) being tendered.

A declaration shall be submitted stating that the tenderer has a license.

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years.

New companies can provide a description of the experience of the company's employees. The contracting authority will assess if the combined experience of the employees means that the company meets the qualification requirements for experience from comparable assignments.

Taxes and duties

Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation requirement:

The tax certificate must not be more than 6 months old from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Financial solidity

The Supplier shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.

The tenderer must have very good economic ability and security to be able to fulfil the contract obligations. This will be based on a relatively rigorous assessment of this claim in regards to the large extent and importance of the contract to the cooperating municipalities. The company's financial statements with the audit report for the last financial year available must be attached. Please note in particular that if the tender requires the participation of several independent legal entities, all legal entities must submit financial statements. For companies that are newly established, the tenderer must give an account of the economic situation as confirmed by the tenderer's auditor. This account must be sufficient to enable it to allow a proper assessment of its financial ability to complete the mission.
