Invitation to tender for a builder's representative service including Safety, health and work environment coordinator service for the execution phase (Norwegian: TBHO).

In a letter dated 03-02-2022 from the Ministry of Education and Research, Statsbygg has been commissioned to initiate the planning and construction of the Co-location project in Kautokeino. The project shall be carried out as a turnkey contract with solution proposals from the turnkey contractor Econor AS together with the architects' office Snøhetta, 70 ° N arkitektur, Joar Nango, Sweco, Norconsult, Brekke & Strand and AIX.

The duration of the assignment is approximately from May 2022 to May 2024, followed by 1 year of commissioning. See the estimates in the attached document; 'ressursestimat BHO/KU og TBHO' [resource estimate BHO/KU and TBHO'].

The objective of the project is to co-locate the Sámi National Theatre Beaivváš and Sami sixth form college and the Reindeer husbandry vocational school. The building shall be constructed north of Gáhkkorluodda 5 in Kautokeino.

The gross area of the building (Norwegian: BTA) is approx. 7.300 m2 in 2 floors, and a third floor with technical installations.

The person proposed as the SHA co-ordinator is required to have the following education:

A week long course in relevant working environment law (e.g. HSE management course, 40 hour HSE course). The main part of the course shall have been carried out as a classroom course - purely online based courses will not be accepted.

The course diploma for the proposed safety, health, and work environment co-ordinator (Norwegian: KU).
