The Ocean Space Centre is divided into the following wings:
- Wing A Offices and education building.
- Wing B Wet laboratories, structure and machine laboratories, storage, workshop and parking
- Wing C Teaching laboratories, power plant. Wing C also contains both wet and dry teaching laboratories.
- Fjordlab, central operations in Heggdalen, as well as installations in three sea areas; Trondheim Fjord, Hitra/Frøy and outside Ålesund. In addition small buildings will be established in Ålesund.
This contract applies to the construction of a new building in wing A with minor measures / alterations related to the existing Cavitation Laboratory. Moreover, infrastructure and outdoor areas shall be established. Preparatory demolition work of workshops etc. is also part of this contract.

- the contract value of the assignment excluding VAT
- type of contract (if this is a turnkey contract, whether own employees or sub-contractors have designed the project)
