Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contract shall be valid for a period of 3 years, calculated from the date of when the system is launched for commercial use. The contact shall thereafter be automatically renewed for a period of 1 year at a time unless the contract is terminated by the Customer according to the clauses in SSA-L.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1. The tenderer is required to have filed all returns and paid all due taxes and duties, including employer contributions and VAT returns.

2. The tenderer must be a legally established enterprise.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

1. The tenderer shall be solvent and otherwise have sufficient financial capacity to complete the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1. The tenderer shall have sufficient experience with delivery of a procurement system, including:

-Source to contract

-Contract management

-Spend and analytics

2. The tenderer shall prove intentions to obtain and maintain a position in the Nordic countries, for deliveries of a procurement system, including:

3. The tenderer shall accept to comply with Appendix J – Vy´s code of ethical conduct for suppliers.

4. It the tenderer will process personal data on behalf of the companies in the Vy Group, the parties shall sign a Data Processor Agreement.
