Procurement of wheeled loaders with an accompanying CLS contract

The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for the procurement of new wheeled loaders and necessary accessories, as well as maintenance and access to spare parts in the wheeled loader's lifetime (logistics contract).
The framework agreement will cover both operation and investment, with a part contract for the procurement of wheeled loaders and a part contract for the accompanying logistical support in their lifetime.
The wheeled loaders will primarily cover specific assignments connected to the Defence Sector, including loading uncompacted matter onto a dumper truck/lorry, load and carrying function at the workplace, goods handling with a fork lift, and lifting with a crane beam. In the winter the machine will be used for clearing snow.

The framework agreement will consist of two parts:
Part contract I: Procurement of wheeled loaders.
The contracting authority mainly needs three different sizes of wheeled loaders, as well as electric wheeled loaders.
- Light wheeled loader 11 tonnes - 13 tonnes
- Medium wheeled loader 18 tonnes - 20 tonnes
- Heavy wheeled loader 26 tonnes - 30 tonnes
- Electric wheeled loader 4 tonnes - 10 tonnes
The offered wheeled loaders must be standard off-the-shelf products, but with the possibility for extra equipment if the contracting authority would like this.
Part contract II: Logistics contract in the lifetime.
Logistics contract for wheeled loaders procured under the contract for their planned lifetime of 20 years. The logistics contract will be taken up per wheeled loader and will be valid from the day the tractor is delivered to the contracting authority. See point 1.6 Duration, Part Contract II for further explanation.

The expected use load per wheeled loader is up to 500 hours a year.
The maintenance work can include, for example, ongoing repairs, planned inspections, general mechanical work, electrical work, body work, and hydraulics.

The framework agreement duration is 2 years with the opportunity to extend. The maximum contract period is 4 years.
Options to procure additional equipment as mentioned in annex B-1.
