The intention is to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier who will cover the need for individual labour market places for:
Bergen Region: Bergen municipality
Nordhordland Region; includes the municipalities of Alver, Osterøy, Solund, Austrheim, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden and Modalen
Midthordland Region: includes the municipalities of Bjørnafjorden, Samnanger and Austevoll
Western Region; includes the municipalities of Øygarden and Askøy
Voss/Hardanger Region; includes the municipalities of Voss, Ullensvang, Eidfjord, Ulvik, Kvam and Vaksdal
Sunnhordland Region; includes the municipalities of Stord, Sveio, Bømlo, Fitjar, Tysnes and Kvinnherad
The requirements for the delivery locations are;
Central downtown Bergen. Downtown Bergen means centrally in the centre of the city near stops for public transport. The delivery location in Bergen city centre will cover the areas in the Bergen region, the Nordhordland region, the Midthordland region and the Western region.

Central Stord municipality. The delivery location in Stord will cover the Sunnhordland region.
Central Voss municipality. The delivery location in Voss will cover the Voss/Hardanger region.
The anticipated need for the Bergen service area is 80–100 parallel labour market measure locations at any given time.
The anticipated need for the Nordhordland service area is 14–16 parallel labour market measure locations at any given time.
The anticipated need for the Midthordland service area is 6 –8 parallel labour market measure locations at any given time.
The anticipated need for the Western service area is 20–22 parallel labour market measure locations at any given time.
The anticipated need for the Voss/Hardanger region is 7–10 parallel labour market measure locations at any given time.
The anticipated need for the Sunnhordland service area is 15–18 parallel labour market measure locations at any given time.
The tenderer must confirm in the tender offer that they are able to serve the estimated number of parallel market measure locations at any given time.
Note that this is only an estimate, and is not representing any obligations for NAV. NAV cannot guarantee full use of the places.
The maximum value of the procurement for the maximum contract period of 5 years is estimated to be up to NOK 16,000,000. Note that this is an estimate, only, and is not binding for NAV.
