The clarification measure will survey and assess the participants´ work abilities and any specific needs for assistance in getting and/or keeping work. The clarification measure shall contribute to participants having increased insight into their options in the labour market and of their own resources and skills for work.
The core of the measure must be a comprehensive survey of the participant's current situation in connection with the participant's ability to participate in working life. As a general rule, testing of work ability must be included as part of the survey. The survey must be based on NAV's order and build on other relevant documentation in connection with the participant.
Namely, participants will deal with a permanent supervisor, but will also benefit from the combined expertise of performing personnel adapted to the individual's needs. The tenderer must indicate the maximum number of participants each supervisor can follow up in a 100% position.
