Ullensvang Municipality, referred to in this document as the contracting authority, is holding an open tender contest for the procurement of textbooks, learning materials, literature related to training, as well as concretising materials and digital tools/programmes related to training. Fiction and specialised books will also be procured for the municipalities as well as books for the school library, adult education and possibly other entities in the municipalities. The contracting authority intends to enter into three parallel framework agreements with three tenderers.
