Quantity and precipitation measurements:

Precipitation and precipitation intensity must be measured in selected places in the run area. It must be possible to add parameters for both amount and precipitation measurements in the same graph in the measuring system, so that the measuring data can be easily compared.

Amount meters for the sewage network. The level, speed, and amount are to he measured in partially filled pipes in the sewage network.

All the measuring points must be continually logged, and it must be possible to read them in real time in the measuring unit volume per time unit, l/s, m3/h and m3/d. It must be possible to add the measuring points as required in the measuring system, so that the wanted measuring data can be compared in the same graph. In addition to the measuring points, it must also be possible to add precipitation data in the measuring system's graph system for comparing precipitation intensity and the measuring points' volume changes per time unit.

It must be possible to export data in csv format, excel format.

The scope of the measuring points will vary based on each member municipality's need for monitoring. Tenderers must allow for the number of placed logs varying over a large number of measuring points. The estimated need can be approx. 50-100 measuring points for amount and approx. 20-30 precipitation stations. The need for moving the measuring points each month will equivalently vary based on the nature of the assignment and the municipalities where there is activity. The meters are to be moved after an order is received from DaiV.

Monitoring overflow:

Periphery overflows are to be monitored, i.e., overflows that are not directly connected to the municipality's pump stations. The estimated need for monitoring will be approx. 25 - 50 measuring points.

Overflow must be measured physically in the fluid flow with the help of level and speed measurements. An overflow alarm must be given in the measuring system, with the time and amount of overflow being logged until the overflow has ended. Data from an operational year is to be aggregated for an annual report that shows the number of overflows, amount per overflow, and the total overflow amount a year.
