The contracting authority would like to enter into two framework agreements for service innovation and communication services. The contest is divided into 2 sub-competitions:
• Sub-competition 1 - service innovation
• Sub-competition 2 - communication services
See annex 1 Detailed Information Sub-Competitions 1 and 2 for an insight into what the contracting authority includes in each sub-competition. The tenderer must contribute to the contracting authority achieving further insight and development in order to reach very ambitious goals on waste reduction, increased reuse, and increased source sorting. See Annex 2 for a detailed description of the central goal requirements and measures for the contracting authority.
