Oslo kommune v/ Renovasjons- og Gjenvinningsetaten

REG needs to increase the vehicle fleet for the collection of household and industrial waste from residents and industry in Oslo. There is a need for 4 different types of compactor vehicles, which in total shall ensure sufficient capacity to collect the waste in Oslo. REG needs a total of 34 vehicles with an option for up to 12 additional vehicles to ensure stable collection of industry and household waste in Oslo municipality.
Service and repair contracts must be included for the chassis and body. The contracts must follow the vehicle and have up to a 10 year duration with an option for an extension for as long as the vehicle is in operation. See the requirements specification for further details.

An overview of the primary goods deliveries that the tenderer has carried out during the last three years that are of relevance to this contract, including the contract’s value, date of delivery and name of the recipient.

Tenderers must have a good ability to fulfil the contract.

A statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administration in the last three years.
Requirement 3:
Tenderers must have good and well-functioning management systems for quality and the environment.
Documentation requirement:
Description of environmental management measures and quality assurance measures. Tenderers can verify that the requirement is fulfilled by presenting a copy of relevant environmental certificates/environmental standards, such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn [Eco-lighthouse], or equivalent, or by the tenderer attaching a description of the company´s own systems and routines.
