Helse Midt-Norge RHF as the contracting authority invites tenderers to a procurement of outpatients specialist health services within mental health care for children and youths (PHBU) and adults (PHV) in Helse Midt-Norge. The signed contract will be valid from 01.07.22 until 31.12.23 with an option for an extension for up to 1+1 year. The start-up date is subject to being later than 01.07.22. The procurement shall be implemented in accordance with part IV regarding supply of health and social services in the Public Procurement Regulations. The Contracting Authority is making reservations regarding inaccuracies in the tender notice, due to missing adaptations in the electronic tender notice form in relation to the Regulations. Helse Midt-Norge RHF has had a contract with Coperiosenteret AS in Trondheim since June 2021. This contract was signed as part of the work to reduce deadline breaches and waiting times, cf. the assignment document for the regional health authorities in 2021. The contract expires on 30.06.22.

There is a still a need to procure outpatient specialist health services from private providers within mental health care for children and youths (PHBU) and for adults (PHV), thus we are making this procurement.
