Procurement of legal assistance

The current ICT system for Departementsfellesskapet [the Community of Ministries) is operated at four different locations. The program shall bring these four environments together into one environment. The Contracting Authority therefore wants tenders for the delivery of: Legal assistance for the implementation and quality assurance of the entire procurement process for private / closed cloud systems and then in the implementation phase for the Community of Ministries Other external procurements may also be required within the Program's mandate. It is also requested, in accordance with need, to receive legal assistance for the assessment of security aspects in i.a the planning phase and for the preparation of contracts. Currently he Program envisions that other external procurements may include clients, licences, tools, etc. At this time, it has not been clarified whether the procurement will be carried out in accordance with Public Procurement Regulations, 2016-08-12-974 or the Norwegian Defence and Security Procurement Regulations 2013-10-04-1185.

The assistance should also include mercantile and strategic assistance. At this time, it has not been clarified whether the procurement will be carried out in accordance with Public Procurement Regulations, 2016-08-12-974 or the Norwegian Defence and Security Procurement Regulations 2013-10-04-1185.
