The dispatches cover, but are not limited to, normal post such as letters and packages that are sent between UD and the missions, and also goods that the foreign service missions procures from Norwegian equipment suppliers in Oslo and the surrounding area, (for example, ICT equipment, furniture, lighting, supplies, etc.). These goods are normally collected from UD, but at times the tenderer will have to collect the order from the relevant equipment supplier.

Tenderers that can deliver are asked to submit a tender for the following destinations as options:
1. Teheran, Iran.
2. Havanna, Cuba.
3. Yangon, Myanmar.
4. Khartoum, Sudan.
5. Juba, South Sudan.
The ability to deliver to these destinations will be an advantage in the evaluation, se the rules for the procurement, evaluation of options.
The above-mentioned options will be exercised on the same terms and conditions that apply under this contract. It is emphasized that the contracting authority is not obliged to exercise the options.
