NVE requests offers for investigations of ground conditions in connection with simplified zoning in Ullensaker municipality in addition to ground investigations as a basis for geological assessment of the deposits at Nuggeren in Østerdalen.

The consultant who is awarded the assignments will be responsible for extracting the digital map basis (which is available to the general public) for the project. Elevation data can be downloaded from hoydedata.no.

All communication must be in Norwegian.

Implementation of drilling program:

The tenderer has full and complete responsibility for the detection of facilities and cables/wires in the ground and for the consequences of any damage to existing facilities, own equipment, cables/wires and third parties.

As all investigations will take place on property belonging to a third party, great care must be taken in connection with the works to minimise the disadvantages for the landowner. The drilling contractor must carry out the work in the most gentle way possible and ensure the clean-up and restoration of the drilling site so that it does not create a danger to others. Tracks from belted drilling rigs must generally be accepted, but the landowner must be informed of this.

Any damage that occurs in connection with the works must be reported to the contracting authority's representative by the contractor as soon as possible. The damage will be registered on a damage form, where the damage and the cause of the damage are to be described.

When drilling using total probing, water must be used as the flushing medium.

Loss of drilling equipment is not covered by the contracting authority. The tenderer must provide any necessary space for rigging themselves. If there is a need for snow removal at the drill points, the contractor must take this into account and make arrangements.

Before starting in the field, a start-up meeting will be held on Teams.

Deliveries:

Data reports with the results of the field and laboratory investigations:

A data report must be prepared for Ullensaker and another for Brandval. The reports must be in accordance with NGF's descriptions for basic investigations and must contain at least the following (see example report Basic investigations Spillum):

- Description of what was done and when, as well as any special conditions, including faults with the rig and equipment. Any deviations from normal procedures must be described.

- Reference list with NGF messages that have been followed, etc.

- Overview chart

- Drilling plans showing the types and locations of boreholes.

- All results from the field and laboratory investigations shown graphically. Stirred shear strength

- Table of all drill holes with types of drilling, drilling point coordinates, drilled depth and reference to the name of the raw data file.

- Results from any laboratory tests must be displayed graphically as curves or drilling profiles.

Please attach (where applicable):

- Drill card/drilling log from the field (from probing and sampling)

- Calibration form for CPTU probes

- Calibration form for electric pore pressure metres.

- Installation protocols/drill cards for piezometres

- Raw data values from the electrical metre readings during/after installation (i.e. frequency values for electrical meters).

- Notes about drilling from the drilling supervisor

- Documented quality of CPTU probings

Results from the investigation of ground conditions must be uploaded to NADAG. The data report must be submitted as an attachment in NADAG. When reporting, the zones in Ullensaker are marked as one polygon and Branval as another, so there will be multiple uploads.

The reporting price must include all continuous reporting from the field and registration to NADAG, in addition to any deviation/error corrections.

All drilling data must undergo internal quality assurance before final submission, which includes e.g. checking the codes that were entered, missing registrations, coordinates etc. In the case of several similar investigations at the same site, it must be clearly stated to which it applies.

Final data reports must be delivered electronically in pdf format.

Norwegian tenderers must have their affairs in order with regard to the payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT).

Documentation requirement:

Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.

The tenderer must have the capacity and ability to fulfil the contract.

A report of the implements, machinery, tools, materials or technical equipment that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the contract/assignment.

Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system for the services that will be provided.

Statement of the tenderer's quality assurance/management system. The statement must contain the procedures for reducing the impact of the project on the environment.

The supplier shall have sufficient staffing for the assignment.

Plan for staffing for the assignment with names, as well as CVs (max. 3 pages) for drilling supervisor(s) and responsible geotechnicians.
