The contract will be signed for 4 years, with an option for 1+1+1+1 year extension. The maximum contract period is 8 years.

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation: Certificate from the Register of Business Enterprises or equivalent certificate of legal registration in a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

A statement showing the tenderer's ownership and ownership structure

Tenderers must have their tax and duties payments in order.

Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate.

The certificate must not be more than 6 months old at the submission date for the application.

Tenderers must fulfil the requirements in the terms on pay and working conditions.

A self-declaration showing compliance with pay and work conditions in accordance with Annex 2.

The self-declaration must show that the tenderer verifies that all of the tenderer's employees, and any sub-suppliers who directly contribute to fulfilment of the contract, have established pay and work conditions not inferior to those given in the nationwide tariff agreement, or what is otherwise seen as normal for the place and profession in question. Cf. the regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts dated 08.02.2008, no. 112.

Tenderers must confirm that they and their sub-suppliers are not on the sanction list of the Office of Foreign Assets Control, U. S Department of Treasury.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

A copy of the credit rating:

The credit rating must not be older than 3 months. A definition of the symbols that the credit rating institution uses must be enclosed so that Statnett SF can assess different ratings against each other.

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to complete the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Copy of certification by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.

List with an overview of equivalent deliveries during the last 5 years. The list must as a minimum contain:

Name of the customer, the scope of the assignment, contract value, date of the delivery, and a short description of the delivery.

A description of the tenderer's organisation, and a description of the personnel that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the contract.

If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality assurance standards, and has certifications that cover the contract, it is sufficient to present a copy of the valid certificate.

Or (if unable to present relevant certificates)

A description of the tenderer's system (routines and measures) regarding quality assurance.

Description of the company's environmental profile.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderers must be certified by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, cf. the regulations on administrative schemes, FOR-2011-12-06-1360.

Tenderers must have experience with the execution of equivalent deliveries. 'Equivalent assignments' are in this context defined as assignments with an equivalent scope and with comparable complexity as the delivery to Statnett.

Tenderers must document sufficient capacity to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers must have and practice a good and well-functioning management system for quality that covers the assignment.

Tenderers must have a clear environmental profile.
