The wheeled loader must be equipped and adapted for reloading waste in accordance with the requirements specification. The contracting authority expects that this will be a wheeled loader of 11-15 tonnes. Some equipment that is adapted for the machine must accompany the wheeled loader. The equipment must be included in the tender as part of the procurement. A 2008 model wheeled loader must be valued for part exchange.
