Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten: Tenderers must be a legally established enterprise.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer's Annual Financial Statements including notes with the board and auditor's reports from 2021 and 2020.
In addition, Eviny will have the right to retrieve credit information.
If there are reasons as to why the provision annual accounts cannot be attached, the tenderer can document finances in another way.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Tenderers must have the sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A short, general description of the company shall be given, including:
An account of the company’s business concept and core competencies related to the scope of the delivery.
An overview of the company’s history, organisation and ownership, as well as a description of the current business.
Description of how the tenderer is organised for the execution of this contract.
A concise description of the overall quality assurance system that the service provider will use for this contract.
An overview with short descriptions of relevant deliveries over the last last 3 years.
The overview of the deliveries must, as a minimum, include:
A brief description of the assignment.
Date of implementation.
Scope of the contract in monetary amount.
Contact information of the contracting authority.
The contracting authority must have the possibility to contact the stated contact persons.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer must have sufficient implementation ability to fulfil the contract.
The tenderer must have experience with the delivery and implementation of IT systems.
Tenderers must have a documented quality management system.
Tenderers must have a documented environmental management system
Tenderers must have an established policy for systainability.
