The contracting authority has a continual need for legal assistance with the organisation´s activities. There are good legal competence environments in and around the contracting authority, and the need for legal assistance is primarily met by the contracting authority itself or the Attorney General.

4.1 Tax certificate
Qualification requirement: Paid taxes and duties.
Documentation requirement: A certificate, not older than 6 months, which verifies that the tenderer has fulfilled the obligations their tax, social security contributions and VAT payments.
Tenderers who have arrears on their tax certificates may be rejected. Exceptions may be made to this rule in cases where tenderers are involved in a dispute with the tax authorities. If this is relevant, documentation in relation to the case, must be submitted as part of the tender.

The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73, and the Public Procurement Regulations from 12 August 2016 no. 974, parts I and II. The award of contract will be in accordance with the 'open tender contest' procedure. Dialogue in tender contests.
