Estimert totalverdi: 120 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The contracting authority will be able to use the framework agreement to procure hardware with the accompanying software in the following areas:
Servers for central operation (does not include IBM mainframe).
Data storage systems.
Database systems that are based on the procurement of hardware with the accompanying software.
SOAP/XML security and integration gateway.
Standard software for:
Automatisation and operation of central IT infrastructure.
The contract also includes consultancy services and technical assistance connected to the entire service spectrum, including assistance with obtaining necessary information to assess offered products and courses for the procurement and operation of central IT infrastructure.

The total costs throughout the contract period are expected to be between NOK 100 million and NOK 150 million including VAT. The maximum cost throughout the contract period is expected to be NOK 200 million including VAT.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser: The contract period will be 2 years, with an option for a 1+1 year extension.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to be a legally established company. Norwegian tenderers are to document this by a company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Registre Centre. Foreign tenderers are to document this by a certificate for registration in the enterprise register as prescribed in the legislation of the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
1. Tenderers are required to have sufficient financial ability to fulfil the contract.
2. Norwegian tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating carried out by Experian, see www.Experian.no
If a tenderer believes that the credit rating will not provide an accurate picture, supplementary information is to be attached to the request for qualification.
2. Norwegian tenderers: Documented by a tax and VAT certificate from the tax authorities, not older than 6 months from the deadline for requests to participate in the tender contest.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1. Good experience from similar deliveries is required.
2. A good and effective quality assurance system is required.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. Documented by a description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, including a description of the assignment, role/area of responsibility value/scope, dates and recipients (reference customer). The template in Annex 2 in the document '22-3947 Qualification Documentation' must be used. Name and contact details of the contact person who can confirm this information must be provided on request.
