The Agency for Waste Management and Recycling (REG) is responsible for municipal waste management in Oslo for private users and for small businesses. REG shall see to environmental and cost efficient waste management, and facilitate waste incineration, reuse, and recycling. The aim of the procurement is to join up with the necessary consultancy services within waste suction that can assist the agency in the planning, implementation, and operation of private and municipal waste suction plants.
