We need assistance with visual communication in both digital channels and analogue. We would like to have one or more tenderers that can assist with, amongst other things:
- Be a professional consultant in NVE's development of our two brands - NVE and Varsom.
- Development graphical elements, symbols, and simple illustrations.
- Develop and produce visual explanations of complex, theoretical, and abstract narrations.
- Produce animations and simple film productions.
- Assist with visual design competence in NVE's development of digital platforms and services.
- See to the printing and physical production of analogue products such as brochures, roll-ups, placards, jackets, vehicles, etc. NVE has two brands and graphical profiles, NVE and Varsom. The tenderer(s) will be responsible for managing and developing them.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation requirement:

Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.

Documentation requirement:

Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.
