The objective of the Contract is to cover the Contracting Authority’s need for occupational health services. The tenderer must be a resource, and an advisory body in relation to health, environment and safety work, and shall contribute to managers on all levels safeguarding their HSE responsibility.

where emphasis is placed on development, and support of the municipality's systematic HSE work, preventive work and information, as well as advice and guidance at both individual and business levels.

The ESPD self-declaration form is a preliminary documentation showing that the tenderer complies with

the qualification requirements and that there is no basis for rejection, and possible fulfilment of

the selection criteria.

Requirements: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and

VAT payments in order in accordance with the legal provisions.

The financial capacity to carry out the agreement is required. Tenderers are required as a minimum to be

credit worthy, A in accordance with Bisnode AS with the service CreditPro, or have the economic capacity to

fulfil the contract based on the contracting authority's discretion in accordance with the attached documentation from

the tenderer.

Newly established companies must have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
