Nkom intends to acquire, implement and develop cloud-based services in accordance with the new digital target. It wants to link up with a strategic partner to realise this in collaboration with Nkom. A partial sharing of premises will be desirable as long as this is appropriate for the client for the client. The parties will agree this in more detail at commencement of the contract.
