The aim of this procurement is to enter into a contract that will mainly assist with covering the contracting authority's need for professional procurement assistance.
We would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer that has documented professional procurement competence and experience with public procurements in the municipal sector, and within ICT procurements.
The contract involves no purchasing obligation for the contracting authority. The contracting authority is only obliged to use this
contract in cases when the owner municipalities cannot assist the contracting authority, and when the contracting authority chooses to procure
external procurement assistance/legal assistance.
