The service must also include secure printouts and secure scanning to the trade system/folder/file/email, etc. All existing multifunctional machines will be replaced with new machines from the start-up.

The system must be delivered as a service (PraaS) where the tenderer has complete responsibility.
The system must cover and include multifunctional machines with finishing services/accessories, wearing parts, and consumables. In addition use rights, integrations, operation, maintenance and management, monitoring, and reports, as well as introduction/implementation of a ready developed system ready for use.

The introduction/implementation must include, amongst other things, services such as various set-ups, configuration, integrations, testing, and training.
The county currently has approx. 380 multifunctional machines from Canon Norge AS, consisting of small A4 machines to larger A3 machines with different finishes, as well as some plotters. These have different hire contracts with accompanying service contracts for each machine, and with different expiry dates. In order to ensure good competition and not end up with different suppliers and parallel printout systems after the competition has ended, the county has decided to end all existing hire contracts when the new contract is in place. I.e., the chosen tenderer must deliver new machines for all locations at the start-up of the contract.

Based on the current machines and needs, the estimated distribution of machines within the given segments is as follows:
Segment 1 (Small - 20/20) = 40%.
Segment 2 (Medium - 50/50) = 25%.
Segment 3 (Large - 65/65) = 35%.
The annual printout volume is, based on experience and statistics from previous years, approx. 4 million pages in black/white, and approx. 3.5 million pages in colour a year. The largest part of the printout volume is expected to be in segments 2 and 3.

The contract is automatically renewed for one year at a time until it is terminated.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; tenderers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

As a minimum requirement, tenderers must not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings, debt negotiations or liquidation or have suspended activity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
a. Tenderers must have good experience from comparable deliveries, (i.e., deliveries/services of a comparable nature, complexity, degree of difficulty, size and scope).
b. Tenderers are required to have sufficient implementation ability and capacity to fulfil the contract.
