Stavanger kommune

Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola and Randaberg Municipalities, hereafter called the contracting authorities, would like to collect tenders for the procurement and delivery of printed teaching aids for primary and secondary schools and other teaching entities in the municipalities.
The contract can also be used by other municipal entities that have a need for material for learning.
The contract is also valid for the procurement of books for the school library, but not the contracting authority's public library.
The framework agreement will ensure that the municipalities have secure access to high quality printed teaching aids at competitive prices.
The contracting authorities would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer that can deliver a diversity of printed teaching aids from several recognised publishers/manufacturers for all years and subjects in primary and secondary schools.

Kort beskrivelse:
The aim of the procurement of printed teaching aids is to give schools, nurseries and adult education relevant teaching aids to reach their goals in the current national curriculum/the nurseries' current framework plan. Areas that have been given, or are in the process of getting, new national curriculums in connection with the subject review work will be of particular importance.

The teaching aids must support the requirements in the Education Act and the government's strategy for primary and secondary school education/the framework plan for nurseries. In addition, the teaching aids must satisfy the applicable legislation and requirements concerning universal design, information security and and requirements within universal design, information security and personal information protection.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Technical and professional qualifications: 4) Requirement. Experience is required from at least 2 relevant assignments in the last 3 years within the delivery of printed teaching aids for primary and secondary schools, as described in this document and as regards the scope and complexity. Documentation requirement: Tenderers must, upon request, present a list of the most important relevant assignments in the last 3 years. 5). Tenderers must have the necessary capacity and competence to meet the needs associated with implementation of the assignment. Documentation requirement: Tenderers must present the company's organisational plan and the company's total staffing in the last 3 years, as well as an overview of the persons who will have responsibility for this assignment. 6). Requirement/documentation: Tenderers must have an environmental management system which guarantees that the tenderer is able to comply with the environmental requirements given in the tender documentation and the contractual obligations. 7). Requirement: Quality assurance system. Documentation requirement: Certificates issued by independent bodies for quality assurance standards. 8) System for environmental standard.
