Prequalification for a contest for one or several framework agreements for washing decontaminators.
The framework agreement(s) will cover Helse Bergen's need for these types of machines for the new building, the 'Glass Blocks' at Haukeland University Hosptial. The start-up of operations in the new building is scheduled for summer 2023.
The contracting authority estimates that there is a need for the following machines:
Sub-delivery 1:
Instrument decontaminator approx. 8-10 DIN: Approx. 40 machines.
Instrument decontaminator approx. 18 DIN: Approx. 3 machines.
Sub-delivery 2:
Instrument decontaminator for the flushing room approx. 4-8 DIN: Approx. 10 machines.
Tenderers can submit tenders for one or all of the sub-deliveries.
The framework agreement(s) will also include training, options for liners, and an option for an annual service contract.
Estimated total value: Approx. NOK 13,500,000 excluding VAT,
Maximum total value: Approx. 16,000,000 excluding VAT.

Tenderers are required to have sufficient professional qualifications from equivalent assignments, related to the provision of such services and work. Equivalent assignments are considered delivery, installation and validation of one or more decontaminators of the same type at customers such as somatic hospitals in Norway, or equivalent.
