The Norwegian Coastal Administration needs to construct seven foundations for sailing marks in the fairway between Bergen and Sognesjøen. The foundations are to be placed at exposed locations with consideration to environmental burden. Some of the foundations are in deep water, which requires a large construction.
This is an invitation to a restricted contest with negotiations. The contracts are based on the Norwegian standards general contract terms for turnkey contracts, NS 8407:2011, with the additions in the contest documents.
