The Food Science Department at the university educates candidates for the nutrition industry, and is, at the same time, an attractive partner within research and development with the nutrition industry. The pulsating Electric Field System (PEF) is a new food processing technique that we would like to implement. We are looking for a flexible pilot scale PEF system that can handle solid matter, semi-solid matter, and liquids, and which is suitable for research and educational purposes.

Tenderers must have the following registrations and authorisations in order to fulfil the suitability requirement:
Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation:
Company certificate that can document that the tenderer is registered in. relevant trade registers in the member country where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of Directive 2014/24/EU; economic actors from individual member countries could have to fulfil other requirements set in the annex.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good credit worthiness without a requirement for security.
Tenderers must document that they have sufficient economic and financial capacity to execute the contract. The tenderer's economic strength must be in accordance with the value of the delivery. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents considered suitable by the contracting authority.

Documentation: This must be documented with a credit rating from an authorised credit rating company.
Upon request: The tenderer's accounts (annual accounts), including notes and the management and auditor reports from the last two years. The company's solvency and sales revenues will be assessed.
If the annual accounts from the last two years have not been completed by the tender deadline for this contest, the provisional accounts for recent years must be submitted in addition to two completed annual accounts. For newly established companies and/or companies that believe they do not satisfy the contracting authority's need for sufficient solidity, we will consider accepting guarantees from a parent company and/or other relevant bank statements or liability insurance. If this alternative is chosen, the necessary information mentioned above must also be attached from the tenderer's parent company in order to fulfil the contracting authority's requirement for sufficient solidity.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1.4.3 The tenderer's technical and professional qualifications
Tenderers must document that they have sufficient technical and professional qualifications to fulfil the contract.
Requirement: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
Documentation:
Please describe a relevant project from recent years. The description must contain a specification of the contract value, date and name, including contact information of a reference at the recipient, as well a description that makes it possible for the contracting authority to assess the tenderer's competence, efficiency, experience, and reliability as regards installation and assembly work.
