INSS would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with up to two tenderers for pharmaceutical inspections and checks. The aim of this contest is to facilitate so that the participating municipalities in INSS can procure pharmaceutical inspections and checks in accordance with the 'regulations on handling medicines for entities and health personnel who provide health help'. This is stated in annex 1 requirements specification.

The contest is split into two geographical areas, one for Nordfjord including Kinn, and one for Sogn/Sunnfjord. Tenderers can submit tenders for one or both lots.

A contract will be signed for each lot with the tenderer that has the best tender in the lot. The contracting authority will not consider any discounts under the prerequisite that a tenderer is awarded both lots.

The scope of the contract is uncertain and neither INSS or the participating municipalities have any purchase obligation as regards the scope of this procurement.
