The contracting authority is not obligated to purchase a specific quantity of patient travel, and reserves the right for variations in the contract quantity.

REQUIREMENT: Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order. Documentation: - The selected tenderer must present a tax certificate for VAT and a tax certificate for tax if requested. REQUIREMENT: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations.
Documentation: The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner:
- The last annual accounts, or the annual report that was submitted to the Brønnøysund Register Centre, and any recent information that is of relevance for the tenderer's economic and financial standing.
-Tenderers must, via documentation from a recognised credit rating company, document that the tenderer is 'credit worthy without security'. The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the documentation by carrying out its own credit rating. The credit rating shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
