REQUIREMENT: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations.
Documentation: The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner:
- The last annual accounts, or the annual report that was submitted to the Brønnøysund Register Centre, and any recent information that is of relevance for the tenderer's economic and financial standing.
-Tenderers must, via documentation from a recognised credit rating company, document that the tenderer is 'credit worthy without security'. The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the documentation by carrying out its own credit rating. The credit rating shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
