• Concrete renovation - walls and pilasters on the tower roof.
• Repair of damaged brick work.
• Scratching and stuffing bad mortar joints.
• Replacing damaged natural stone in top covers.
• Renovation of original windows.
• Renovation of original outer doors.
• Replacing facade panels on the 11th - 12th floors.
• Removing plaster and new plaster - walls and pilasters on the tower roof.
• Surface treatment - walls and pilasters on the tower roof.
• Repair of damage in noble plaster - indented facade on the 11th -12th floors.
• Inspection and fixing of loose natural stone elements.
• Inspection/replacement of floor bench fixtures and covering fixtures.

This includes the establishment of ramps in the stated entrances and the assembly of an external lift. Areas with wheelchair-friendly surfaces are to be laid in the cobble route to the courtyard. Banisters are to be established for external steps and at the access up to the courtyard. Upgrades to the lighting in the mentioned areas, as well as measures for visually impaired persons in the form of tactile markings are included in the option.
