The contracting authority plans to enter into parallel framework agreements with three different tenderers per lots. The framework agreement must include construction management assignments and consulting assignments for building contracts, construction works, as well as the development of infrastructure in the ground (e.g. an underground waste collection system). The assignments may also include the functions as Responsible applicant (SØK) and Safety, Health and Work environment co-ordinator for the projects' different stages. The construction manager assignments and consultancy assignments will include several contract types.
