The contract comprises operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on county roads, and county foot/bicycle paths with associated side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in parts of Mandal and parts of Hægebostad municipalities in accordance with the road list provided in chapter D2-V1 and D2-S20.

The road network included in the contract (including arms and ramps) consists of:

531.197 km road in total, of which 513.420 km are county roads and 17.777 km are county foot/cycle paths.

New facilities will also be included in the contract. Se annex D2-S20.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contracting authority has an option for extending the contract for 12 months

from 2027-09-01 to 2028-08-31.

If the contracting authority takes up the option for 12 months extension of the contract, the extended contract period will run until 2028-08-31 at midnight.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

-The tenderer must be a legally established company.

- The tenderer must have a system that shows he works pro-actively to ensure the safety, health and working environment (Norwegian abbreviation: SHA), with relevance to similar work as the work included in this contest. The system will be subject to periodic audits.

-Tenderers and their central contract facilitators ought to have an average H1 value lower than 10 for the last three years.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and must comply with the following requirements:

• The tenderer's equity must be at least 10% of the aggregate capital.

• The tenderer´s average annual turnover in the last three years must be at least NOK 20 million a year.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient experience from assignments of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty for operation and maintenance of roads

Tenderers are required to refer to references for relevant contracts that they themselves have carried out in a satisfactory manner.
