The contract period is from and including 2022-09-01 to and including 2027-08-31 for all of the described assignments, with the exception of the road network in Hole, Modum, and Ringerike Municipalities. The parties can, if they agree, extend the contract so that it also applies for a period for a further 12, 24, or 36 months c.f. chapter C3, point 36.
The builder has an option to extend the contract for 12 months, from 1 September in the year the contract was agreed to expire, (i.e., either at the end of the original contract period, or at the end of the extended contract period, in accordance with the previous section), until 31 August in the following year.
